This Church Instagram Story Template Never Fails!

Plus, you can use it every week.

Hey, it’s Brady,

This Instagram Stories template for churches is…

Repeatable (you can use it every week)
Proven (I’ve been using it for five years)
Easy (no gear or photos required)
Relevant to Sunday morning service

I call it…

Tuesday Trivia.

Here’s how it works:

Select the Quiz sticker in the Stories Create panel. And publish a simple bit of Bible trivia related to the Scripture passage from the upcoming Sunday sermon.

NOTE: If you don’t see the Quiz sticker as an option, go with the Poll sticker instead.

Remember, Engagement History is one of the signals that the Instagram Stories algorithm looks for when deciding how much distribution your posts get.

So already, this template is a winner.

But it gets better…

Because here’s the secret sauce to really elevate this idea -

Provide the results from this quiz to the person delivering the Sunday sermon. Now, they can use this congregational participation as a fun anecdote when queuing up the text for the message.

Now, online is carrying over to in-person.

And by highlighting this from stage during service, in-person points to online.

I call this The Handoff. Online hands off to in-person. In-person hands off to online. And momentum builds week over week.

Because now, the next time someone sees your Tuesday Trivia on Stories, they may recall that this quiz question is related to the upcoming sermon - subtly preparing them for what’s to come.

Google Gives Churches $10K in Free Ads: No Catch?

Google offers non-profits, churches included, up to $10,000 in free monthly ad grants.

That means you can spend $10K per month on ads for your church.

But what's the catch? Surely there's a catch, right?

Today, we're joined by Brady Sticker from Church Candy. He leads a team that manages these campaigns for churches directly to get the answers.

Thanks as always for your time, attention, and trust. Talk to you next Thursday. - Brady Shearer
