Hey, it’s Brady,

Growing churches have a strange problem.

The more that starts happening, the harder it becomes to tell people what’s happening.

We recently visited North Broadway, a church that's doubled in size to more than 500 people in two years. Three quarters of the room are new.

They've got more ministries. More events. More people asking, “Can we announce this on Sunday?”

So what happened? Their video announcements grew to more than 8 minutes long.

They're doing nearly twelve announcements every Sunday.

And the result? Pastor Ben said it best: "We have one small group, which is pathetic."

So we gave them a visit in person to reveal their Church Chaos Score out of 100 and build a better system together.

Want to see what that system looks like? Watch it here.

Many churches are borrowing the same trends: 360 stages, LED walls, AI artwork, sermon series rebrands. Some push mission forward. Most just recycle.

Today, we'll put each one on trial and deliver a verdict: keep it, kill it, or reinvent it.

Hear our verdict here.

Thanks as always for your time, attention, and trust. Talk to you next Thursday. - Brady Shearer
