The Slider Select.

Here’s how it works:

Pair the Emoji Slider tool in Instagram Stories with a simple question like: How was your weekend?

Next, using the Pen tool, annotate the slide with four individual lines. Then label each line with a different answer to the question.

Now, your church can slide to the specific answer on the slider that best fits them.

Here comes the best part…

Monitor the responses and reach out over DM to the folks that respond by saying their weekend wasn’t so great. Now you have an opportunity for social ministry.

Here’s a DM I got from a church that tried this. They said:

“15 responses. 15 conversations. 9 times of prayer. Amazing strategy!”

One of the signals the Instagram Stories algorithm looks for is Engagement History. The more people interact with your Stories, the more reach you can expect to get.
