Hey, it’s Brady,
Yes! You can promote as much as you want as a church.
But there's an art to doing it well if you don't want to lose people.
Specifically, there are 3 rules...
Rule #1: The 'No Promo' Code
People don't go to church to hear announcements. And people don't open social media apps to see promotions.
Said differently: The more you promote, the less people listen.
Respect this rule. Be a good digital citizen.
"But wait. I thought you were going to help my church promote stuff? Now you're saying Rule #1 is I can't? What gives?"
I get it. Stay with me.
Rule #2: Earn Attention & Build Trust
Creators use social media to promote their stuff every single day. Your church can do the same.
But first, you need these two things: attention and trust.
Publish content people want to see on social.
Take no weeks off. And you'll have what you need.
And then finally...
Rule #3: Use Unlimited 'Sprinkle Promos'
Sprinkle promos are the secret to social media promotion done right.
What are they?
Sprinkle promos are not a core ingredient of the post, they're just the little sprinkle on top...
What I love about Sprinkle Promos is that they give you the freedom to promote as frequently as you want on social media without any negative effect.
You can do a new promo every single day if you want!
How do you do it? We just published a podcast all about it. 👇
